I’m extremely upset. I only received one key for my certified used vehicle. The salesman said they had to look for the 2nd key and finally after 2 weeks they agreed to or I only received one key for my certified used vehicle. The salesman said they had to look for the 2nd key and finally after 2 weeks they agreed to order. New one. Now here we are more than a month later and I still don’t have my second key. I called the Watson parts department and they said a new key could be ordered and would arrive in 4-7 days. My salesman was great but the finance department fell short in several ways and I still don’t have my second key. This review is not about my salesman he is doing everything he can and he was great to work with. More
