Didn’t have simple parts in stock, would need to wait several days to get the car back from a simple strut replacement job. I came in with 2 key fobs to program. Jesse was not able to fix one of them, but he said he had fixed the other one (That one worked for everything but locking and unlocking the car). When I got back home and tried to lock the car, it was not working. I talked to Jesse and he basically said it worked when he tried it but didn’t know why it wasn’t locking and unlocking the car. Nothing other than you need to buy new fobs. Very disappointed that I was out $199 and got nothing. I called an auto locksmith and he fixed the key fob that Jesse said was working (but it wasn’t) and charged me for a new fob. I feel like I was taken advantage of by a dealer that I had purchased a couple of cars from. More

The guys here are wonderful. I came in asking if they could fix my headlight. It was foggy, just one light. He said just give me your keys and 15 minutes. Took my vehicle for oil change/tire rotation with an 8am appointment. Called for an update around 1:30pm. I was transferred around with no answer allowing me only to leave voicemail. After several calls, I appointment. Called for an update around 1:30pm. I was transferred around with no answer allowing me only to leave voicemail. After several calls, I finally had someone call me with an update stating that the oil change had been made but a recall came up that they took care of. Didn’t care to let me know, so my vehicle would at least be there for another hour. vehicle was ready until 3:30pm. Drove it out and something didn’t feel right on my tires. Came back and one of my tires was completing ruin because they did not properly put it back from the tire rotation. I can only imagine if I would have got on the freeway because the service guy said it was late already, and I might want to bring it back the next day to get it checked. Left the dealer at after 5:30pm, with an 8am appointment! More
