Cool Summer Service The service department took care of everything, even washing my car after servicing my A/C. When you find out your awesome neighbor George has worked their for 29 years, loyalty++ Bennie our sales man. Good guy. Talks a lot, is funny. Little too much talking for my taste, but I'm a no nonsense kind of guy and sales naturally attracts folks that like to talk so I don't hold it against him. Bennie clearly excels establishing a relationship and using that relationship to sell. Doesn't work on me, so good thing Bennie also worked his tail off for our business. Its mostly because of his salesmanship skill and effort that Chevrolet is in my top two. I feel like I can trust Bennie and the fact my neighbor has worked there for 29 years is inspiring. The 20% discount promotion on the Chevrolet Cruze and the unlimited wifi /free remote start in all 2016 and newer cars certainly didn't hurt. Two things. First, having to run back and forth from the lot to the show room to get keys was lame. About half or more of the dealerships could access the keys directly in the lot and that saved a lot of time. When its 100 degrees outside, you need to save time. I'll give you 5 stars for now, but dealership needs to address the logistics issue because I did not enjoy standing in the sun for 3-4 minutes with my wife getting sunburned every time we wanted to sit in a car. Its not comfortable and yes Bennie offered to get the cars and drive them up to a shaded area for us, but no. I don't mind being pampered, but that's too much work for our salesman and too much waiting just to sit in a car. Second, I don't like sitting around waiting for pricing. I don't know if they were busy or if they were gaming, but I'm not a patient individual. Don't waste my time. This is 2017, its possible to instantly produce numbers; so do it. More

Horrible Experience My son and I barely got out of his car and there was a sales person ready to pounce. We told him that there was particular car that we saw on the int My son and I barely got out of his car and there was a sales person ready to pounce. We told him that there was particular car that we saw on the internet that we wanted to take a look at. He took us inside, found the car and then took us out on the lot to walk to where it was. No problem, I don't mind walking. But, he made sure he had his nice cold water bottle and never offered us any. We didn't like the car that we originally wanted to see. I told the salesman what I was looking for. He didn't listen. I specifically said fog lights were a must, no more than 40K on a used car and no dark colors. NOT ONE vehicle he showed me met any of these criteria. It made me feel horrible every time he showed me a car and I had to say, "there are no fog lights, or, it's black, or, it has 90k miles." And, if my son tried to say anything to me in private he was constantly asking, "what are you saying...what was that you said." I couldn't wait to get away fast enough. Plus, I was dripping wet due to the hot day and needed to find a drink somewhere so we left. More

Great Service! I bought a used car here that is not a Chevrolet and I took my car in for service and the staff was so helpful and professional. My car was finished I bought a used car here that is not a Chevrolet and I took my car in for service and the staff was so helpful and professional. My car was finished when they said it would be and I was checked in and out very quickly. Everyone I was in contact there really cares about their customers. Bo Watson cares that customers are happy and it shows with all of staff there. More
Poor service department and customer service. We purchased our SUV with Watson in 2014 and have used them for our oil changes etc. You think servicing your car with the dealership means quality, b We purchased our SUV with Watson in 2014 and have used them for our oil changes etc. You think servicing your car with the dealership means quality, but unfortunately this is not true. Recently we went to Watson for a new battery. We thought everything was great until we brought the car home and it started leaking fluid. We thought it was an unrelated issue so today we went to our family mechanic and found that Watson did not clean out the LARGE amount of battery acid that leaked out from the previous battery (a simple baking soda/water wash). We called Watson pretty upset as battery acid corroded some of the paint/bolts and a portion of our garage floor. We were met with a snotty rep who wouldn't help and a scripted supervisor who didn't give a rip either. We were told it was not their responsibility to clean up battery acid. We were also told if the mechanic saw acid when he changed the battery he would have cleaned it. Apparently NOT as the whole area was soaked with acid. Watson would not take responsibility for an issue they caused on a vehicle we purchased from them. We were offered zero apology and they refused to look at our car to make sure the current battery was not the one leaking. We will no longer use Watson for any future service or purchases. More
