DO NOT USE THEIR COLLISION CENTER. THEY LEFT ALL OF MY IMPACT BAR BOLTS LOOSE, PAINTED MY BUMPER A DIFFERENT COLOR. PAINT CHIPPING OFF ON MY FINGER. DIDN’T REPLACE THE BROKEN CLIPS AN THEY LEFT ALL OF MY IMPACT BAR BOLTS LOOSE, PAINTED MY BUMPER A DIFFERENT COLOR. PAINT CHIPPING OFF ON MY FINGER. DIDN’T REPLACE THE BROKEN CLIPS AND SCREWS. I HAVE TO BRING MY CAR TO A DIFFERENT BODYSHOP TO FIX THEIR xx JOB. PAID 4K FOR THEIR WORK AND PJ (GM) REFUSES TO PAY FOR MY RENTAL WHILE ITS GETTING PROPERLY FIXED. I can’t say enough about how Mason in the service department took care of our truck. We had an emergency breakdown, which required a replacement of a very large, expensive part. The diesel mechanics department took care of our truck. We had an emergency breakdown, which required a replacement of a very large, expensive part. This review is about my very positive experience with two gentlemen, Watson Chevrolet and General Motors. I purchase my beautiful Chevy Malibu Turbo from them in 2014. and have always followed up with se two gentlemen, Watson Chevrolet and General Motors. I purchase my beautiful Chevy Malibu Turbo from them in 2014. and have always followed up with service and repairs from Watson’s Service Dept. Recently I started having an engine problem. My Fixx tester showed a bad cylinder issue. I called and made an appt. with my service rep. Jerry Rivera. The technicians found a bad cylinder that could not be repaired and would require a new engine. I only had 118K miles on the car. I was devastated, as the cost of a new engine was over 9K. I am 76, recently retired and now on a limited fixed income, with slowly dwindling savings, due to the high cost of living and medical issues. I called the Service Director, Gabriel Sterns and discussed with him my plight. I just could not afford the high cost of the repair nor was I able to buy a used car. Gabriel and Jerry worked with GM to help me cut the cost of the new engine to half and they also provided me with a rental so I was still able to get to my Dr’s appt. etc. I can not say enough about these two wonderful gentlemen and how they helped me solve my problem. I love my car, it's a gorgeous Pearl color and it has to last for as long as I am able to drive. I am forever grateful to Gabriel, Jerry and Watson Chevrolet! More
They don't stand by their quotes and lie. I am use to dealing with honest companies and this company is NOT ONE. They doubled the price I was quoted. When I told them about the quotes, they said that they were wrong and would not honor them. Also, they had my vehicle in their shop for 7 1/2 hours for a 2 hour job. STAY AWAY FROM Watson Chevrolet !!!!!!! More

We owed money on the trade in. The dealership came back with a counteroffer. The loan would be in my wife’s name. We keep the trade in. Then the dealer shocked me. You can keep the truck and let it go. Let it be repossessed. It won’t hurt your credit too much. Since your credit is bad already. Really. I was in shock. That is the worst financial advice I’ve ever received. Anyone, especially from a car dealership. I wouldn’t ever recommend this dealership even to my worst enemy. More

After a rather VERY unpleasant experience with another Chevy dealer in town I came to Watson and they definitely stepped up and made me feel appreciated as a customer. While my salesperson could have been Chevy dealer in town I came to Watson and they definitely stepped up and made me feel appreciated as a customer. While my salesperson could have been a tad more energetic and respectful of my time the sales manager definitely went out of his way to make sure my experience at Watson was a complete 180° of what happened at that other dealer. Based on this sales experience I will definitely be returning to Watson. However whomever does their detail of new cars really should find a new career. The vehicle looked like an inexperienced child washed it. I am happy to say that was the only negative part of my experience. More
