Outstanding! I had just been in a wreck, which totaled my vehicle, and Cole Hawker helped me get into a 2015 Chevy Spark. I wanted a vehicle with a good safety rat I had just been in a wreck, which totaled my vehicle, and Cole Hawker helped me get into a 2015 Chevy Spark. I wanted a vehicle with a good safety rating, wouldn't drain my bank account (I have a lengthy commute), and was something I chose vs a salesperson picking what they thought would look good in their wallet. Cole met the challenge and exceeded my expectations. In fact, everyone at Casey's gave me great advice and my insurance agent (on site) transferred my policy and helped me every step of the way at the time of the wreck and the purchase of a new car. Commission comes before compassion with this car dealership. Casey Frontier sold a vehicle to me on April 8, 2014, a 2010 Chrysler Town and Country for $20,995. At first I was very happy. But upon going over my Casey Frontier sold a vehicle to me on April 8, 2014, a 2010 Chrysler Town and Country for $20,995. At first I was very happy. But upon going over my finances, I realized immediately that I could not possibly afford the payment and insurance. It would leave me with only $100 a month for my utilities, gas, and other living expenses. That isn't even enough to pay my electricity. I set up a meeting with Mr. Casey Shokoui to explain this to him and he assured me that I could afford it and sent me on my way. When I got home from that meeting, I called the bank that gave me the loan to find out how I could have qualified for a loan that would overextend me like this, and I discovered that my loan application had been altered to reflect an income of $2494 a month, instead of the $623 a month that I actually do receive in Social Security. $1871 a month ‘survivor’s pension benefits’ had been added to my income. I do not know what this is or how it got on my application, but I suspect the dealership added it on so I would qualify for the loan and they would make their money. This is illegal and if it is something that they do on a regular basis, they could be putting many people in dire financial straits. I have given them my last $3000 dollars in savings for a down payment. Now I can't afford the first payment. Not only am I going to lose the car, but my credit is going to be ruined. I don't know why Mr. Shokoui would do this to me. I am 84 years old, old enough to know that I've been taken advantage of. Would he like it if somebody did this to his mother? And to add insult to injury, he is telling the bank that I am a liar, that I told them I received those benefits. This is untrue. They are the one's who are lying. I have asked him to please do what is right and take the car back and refund my money, but he is refusing. Shame on Casey Frontier Chevrolet and shame on Mr. Shokoui. Commission should never come before compassion. More
