NOT A FAN I drove a used VW beetle that had a shimmy in the front. I negotiated a very good price but dealer would not agree to fix shimmy - but would agree to I drove a used VW beetle that had a shimmy in the front. I negotiated a very good price but dealer would not agree to fix shimmy - but would agree to put on new tires and balance them. He assured me that this would fix the shimmy, but would not put that or anything in writing. At the sales managers suggestion I put down a $500 deposit and agreed to come back the next Friday and close the deal if the shimmy was gone. I asked several times to get this in writing, but they insisted that their policy was nothing in writing leaves their facility until you have bought the vehicle. Thursday I got a call telling me that the tires did not fix the shimmy and they had "wholesaled" the car. They were doing me a favor. I called their wholesaler just to check and when he called back he said that they had sold the car. More

A Waste of Time After looking online for a new suv for our growing family I decided the GMC Acadia would be a great fit due to the captain chairs in the middle row. Even though we knew we were upside down on the car we planned to trade in. I seen that caseys had a used acadia and decided to try out the shop click and drive on their website. Of course they have a push, pull, or drag sale going on right now. Which means they they will give you at least $3000 for a trade in. So with the shop click and drive they offered me $4500, which I thought was fair considering it had a brand new transmission from the dealer and still ran great. We had been pre approved for a good sized loan which mind you with the trade in and the acadia was still $7000 under that pre approval number. After contacting me to ensure I was coming to check out the acadia they didn't even have it out and ready to test drive. Actully, I never even seen it. Instead they tried to sell me a 2017 Trax which was smaller than what I had, so that defeated the purpose. Then they showed us a 2017 traverse base model. I wasn't in love but thought sure we can make it work. But after wasting time we was told we were just to upside down on the one we had and that they couldn't help us AND any other dealer would be the same. This was the 2nd time we had tried Casey's and I swear I'll never go back and I will advise anyone against ever stopping there! Go on to nissan of Cookeville they are absolutely amazing! That same day right after we left Caseys we purchased an absolutely stunning 2017 Pathfinder! Which made the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from them and they have been wonderful each time! More
