I don't even want to give a 1 star. I was actually going to give 5 stars and a great review until today, and even refer about 5 friends of mine. I go there and ask to have my financing explained to me of why I am paying almost $7,000 over the price it was sold for. Basically, I was supposed to pay a little under 10k and with financing at 51 payments, it is closer to 17k. I spoke to a Mike, who NEVER explained it to me other then "you have to pay money to borrow money". Then, i asked about the ridiculous fees I was charged before financing was even figure (doc fees, title transfer, etc.). doc fees or administrative of almost $500, is crazy for just paperwork and I didn't even get a full tank of gas. Then the transfer fee, what transfer when I had taken my old plate from my traded in car. Then gap insurance of $700 something, when I already had insurance. I asked if I could at least get the tank of gas, after driving 20 minutes out of my way, to get the 2nd key I didn't receive when I got the car. I was told by Mike okay. So, I go out and he has Travis follow me to the gas station. I asked Travis to look at the gas cap dangly thing, since it is not attached and see if he can reattach. Here comes Mike asking me what I traded in. I inform him and he has the nerve to say I owe him $1,000. I had a title loan on the car, which they knew. It was at $3,500 owing on the loan, again they knew. He says I maxed it out, which I didn't and even if I did, that is only $4,000 (so $500 tops and not 1k). He then refuses to give me the gas, even though I was promised this. Even when I drove to get the car, Jason (salesman that sold me the car) said he filled it up. I didn't really notice until I drove him and they had already closed. I was going to let it go until I had to go back for the 2nd key I should have received the first time. Plus, all the unnecessary fees. On top of this, they only gave me like 1,600 on my trade, so around 6k all total with loan pay off. And, they will probably sell it for 10k. 2016 Nissan Sentra and the car was flawless. They couldn't even fix the dangly thing for the gas cap. Oh, the best part was just pay more then my payment and it will go to the principle to pay the car off quicker and bring the interest down, which I already knew. I still can't figure out the math. 10,000 multiplied by 51 total and times by 26% is only $3,000 for interest....not 6,000. I just may have to call the bank themselves. I just wanted to be shown the equation of they came up with it. But, they didn't have time for me now that I already bought a car. Apparently, they don't want repeat business or great referrals/word of mouth. More
Wouldn't even run my credit. Said it would show I make 2 house payments a month since the house in my and my wife's name. That defies logic. They have no clue how credit actually works. Salesman was great but then Came in and bought a Pre-Owned 18 Equinox. Went to leave, The salesman realized there was only 1 key fob..He then asked if I could wait for him to try and program a second key (in which the mechanic stated 2 key fobs are needed for this type of vehicle to work properly). He came back out and started to try and re-program and ended up needed the mechanic ( as previously stated) to come out and he brought his computer to help. After several hours of trying the mechanic went and let the salesman know what was going on. The salesman came out and said they couldn't get the second key fob to work due to it not being made for that vehicle. He told me he has to pay for a new one out of pocket and they are expensive so I told him to just call me when it comes in..So the mechanic told the salesman that the anti theft light would stay on until we got the second key but should have no problems with it until then. I drive 1 hour home. I park the vehicle and two hours later I decide I am going to take it to dinner. I get in the car and it wont start. It is about 6:45 pm. I call up there and thee salesman is gone for the night and "there is not much they can do without the car there" ... Well HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO GET IT THERE .. IT WONT DO ANYTHING AND IS LOCKED UP! So Jordan ( another salesman) tells me since they're closing he will try to get a hold of the salesman and the mechanic AFTER HOURS and help me as much as he can!! Props to Jordan! Calls me after work from his personal cell phone to tell me that he didn't get much figured out.. He apologized and told me to call him if i found anything more out "no matter what time it was". Thankfully I have a friend that works here at Dave Kirk and he volunteered to bring a key fob to me and re-program it the following day for me (which was a Saturday). Saturday comes, Dave Kirk's guy comes TO MY HOUSE and helps get the vehicle running.. an hour later- he has a new set of keys (which I had to pay him back for). Not one time that day did anyone from Caseys call me. Not even a manager! I am VERY dissapointed about how this all panned out! Very unprofessional! More

Slow unintelligent crooks I bought a car from them over the summer. The process was long and drawn out. They showed me a car with body damage claiming it had not been wrecked. Carfax said it hit a deer, but sales person said I was lying tell he saw the report. I can say after 4 hours I did find a car at a decent price. Only problem is that they ended up running credit 5 time to get a load; I have very good credit so I don't see why they shopped around so much. Then the scam calls on my phone increased 10 fold for the next month. So ya they may not sell your information but they loan companies will. I can't stress enough do not take any vehicles in for service here. They are super slow. 1 hour 45 min for an oil change tire rotation. To top it off the service writers are very aggressive at trying to upsell you. Flat out lied to me about a TSB that was fake to sell engine decarburization. I went back and told the service manager about the scratch thinking he would talk to me about it because I know It could have been done by anyone including a customer and it wasn't a big deal. I just thought He might apologize and say no has mentioned it. NO! He started yelling at me and said they never touched the car (guess a customer moved it) and then accused me of pulling the same stunt a month ago. Then he ordered me off the property and said I wasn't ever allowed on their property again. I told him that my wife's car had never been on their property a they could check their record to prove it. He kept screaming at me and said get out here and don't come back, we don't want your business. More

I started making an appointment and while he was putting my information into the computer the service manager came up and started tapping on the desk and told him to wait on another customer. He said he was making me an appointment and then the manager told me to come back tomorrow. I couldn't believe it but I left without an appointment and the young man said I'm sorry. My wife told me that's how you get treated when your seventy years old. More

They have not returned my overdraft fees, they give me the run around, Say their going to call me back never do and I called to complain again today and the manager who said he only works there 2 Days a month screamed at me and said If You Will Shut Your xxxx Mouth So I Can Speak!!! I Called Him A Name and He Hung Up On Me More
