Watermark Honda - Service Center

I bought a new 2020 Honda Civic from Watermark. Never had an issue. Then in Feb of this year the turbo went out on it and ruined the engine. It was still under warranty but they refused to honor it Never had an issue. Then in Feb of this year the turbo went out on it and ruined the engine. They won’t stand by their vehicles or their warranties!!! More

Scheduled an appointment on the 14th of August and received a confirmation that day. The appointment was for the 24th. I received another confirmation on the 17th. I then received another confirmation received a confirmation that day. The appointment was for the 24th. I received another confirmation on the 17th. I then received another confirmation on the 23rd, the day before. I show up an hour early on the 24th and am told they are booked up and rescheduled me for November 21st. Maybe take your vehicle to another Honda dealership. More
