If I could give this place zero Stars I would. Nick is a unavailable and unmotivated employee who does not care about his customers. After waiting 2 months for radio to come in and leaving multiple messages, I was told to come in to have it replaced before and scheduled oil change. I live over an hour away and it is the closest Hyundai dealership to me. After getting there I am told after waiting for 45 minutes though they do not have my radio. You cannot get a hold of anyone in the service department and have to leave a message with the receptionist, who is super stressed from receiving all the phone calls and having to take messages. The radio finally got replaced but not after spending the whole day, I kid you not from 8:45 to 2:30, they fixed the radio and change the oil. I will not be going back and I will take my business elsewhere from now on. More
They don't value their customers or honor their warranties. My 3rd vehicle purchased there: went in for engine problems, got it fixed. Excellent sales force. Poor service. Made appointment for complimentary oil change and after 30 minutes was told they had no filter. New elantra has 8000 miles on it with dirty oil.
