I spoke with Yvonne at that time and she was very helpful. I am disabled so I had to do a lot over the phone. Yvonne was there for me every step of the way. We actually did not end up getting the money needed until February and the vehicle my wife wanted had to be obtained by Yvonne. I called her several times asking questions between our initial conversation in November 2016 and she was very pleasant every time. She got us exactly what we wanted and we are very happy with the vehicle and with Yvonne. When we ever need another vehicle Yvonne will definitely be my first call. Sales experience the best I've had in forty plus years buying cars To many dealers I'm a difficult customer. I know the features I want but often don't care about the make and model. With the evolution of technology cars are far superior than they were 20 years ago. Yvonne greeted me upon arrival and showed me the cars I was interested in. I settled on one and we went on a test drive. She knows her cars, pointing out all the features of the car and answering my questions. I didn't buy the car that day, wanting to look at a few more in Ohio. I didn't need the car, I simply wanted a particular feature set. Having visited over three dozen dealers over the course of two months, I decided to make the purchase at Washington Hyundai based on Yvonne and the dealership staff's attention to my needs. I had to postpone the day we originally scheduled delivery. My brother had a 1983 Honda Civic which was his pride and joy. He had "work" cars and the Civic was his weekend getaway and vacation car. It was always garaged. Upon his death I sold it to an out of state buyer. I had no experience on the paperwork necessary for signing it over. The new owner worked on it then went to title it. I needed to fill out a PA MV-39 form and take it to Ohio. Yvonne and the staff at Washington Hyundai were patient, not pushy. The delivery was smooth as fine silk and the dealership staff was friendly and honest to a person. This is my third Hyundai and the experiences at the frist two dealers weren't horrible but were nowhere near as professional and "pain free" as Washington Hyundai. I strongly recommend you make Washington Hyundai a stop when you shop for a car. It isn't the nearest dealer to me being 30 miles or so away but they are hands down the best Hyundai dealership I shopped in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia. More
