Bob was great with a helpful, no pressure approach and didn't give off that "you're wasting my time" attitude. He gave me a test drive even though I told him that there were a couple of other brand vehicles that I was still interested in looking at. I looked at the other dealerships (Ford, Subaru, Kia, Mazda) for similar cars and went to a high volume (and in this case high pressure) Hyundai dealer looking at the same car and then went back to Bob at Washington Hyundai and made the deal. The Elantra is everything I needed and running like a champ so no buyer's remorse here. Good luck and I recommend you stop in Washington before buying elsewhere. More
