Once I purchased the vehicle I wanted, she showed me how everything worked (Navigation system, Blue tooth etc. and got everything set up for me) and she encouraged me to come back anytime if I needed more assistance. I returned once and she happily gave me a "refresher course". Again she said to come back anytime I needed help. Ray, the business manager was also very pleasant to work with.
