Do yourself a favor and RUN, don't walk in the opposite direction of this place! I wish I had the option to give them negative stars. From the General Manager to the Service Manager jerked us around for close to six hours to tell us I couldn’t buy out my lease because it was under recall! Six hours! They told me I needed new tires a wheel alignment. Etc Not True..I thought I had to purchase through them because that’s were I leased it! Honda leasing said no take it to any Honda dealership! Don’t grab a dictionary to find the definition of INEPT just stop by Washington Honda….you will get the drift! We received a form in mail on recall for Honda CRV. I called and made an appointment that was smooth and simple, and rep had great customer service while making appointment. We were advised that the appointment was at 8:30am and that max time allotted for appointment was 2.5 hours while waiting and not dropping off. Booked appointment. Showed up promptly for the 8:30am appointment and sat until almost 1:30pm with the form stating that pictures were taken. I received a text the next day Thanking me for letting them service the vehicle and they wanted to make sure everything was ok as Happiness is their success. I was in touch with Service Manager/AH about the poor communication on advising max time would be 2.5 hours. AH advised that when a car fails the inspection it takes longer. I suggested they update their workflow to advise the customer of this information, so they are not caught off guard when the time is doubled. Maybe offer a shuttle service for customer so they can leave and return. AH did not portray good communication skills as he talked over me and said it was for my own safety that it took that long. If the Service Manager is rude to customers that is why the people working so hard below them look bad as it starts at the top. More

It was "supposedly" certified preowned; however, they checked boxes on that list and didn't complete the actual work as stated. Example: the car filters were as black as can be and filled with leaves and bugs, yet they argued they changed them. We contacted them to give them a chance to make it right and they yelled at my 17-year-old daughter in the parking lot and called me some pretty derogatory names as well. The had repaired damage to the front of the car which required body shop work due to the previous owner and while in the shop they didn't cover her car resulting in the entire car being covered in overspray. They again told me I was crazy, and they saw nothing wrong with the car. There was an odor in the car requiring it to be detailed and during detail they dented her door, scratched her windshield, and damaged the inside of the door and again they said that was all there before and they didn't do it, yet I have before and after photos. I went through all the channels to get results, all they had to do was do the right thing and they refused. I spoke with the GM who told me his guys would never speak to a woman the way that they did yet I have witnesses and he himself spoke to me in the same manner and then had the nerve to tell me this was a teachable lesson for my daughter. Seriously?!? Yes, teachable, that people like him only care about getting rich by lying and cheating all while hurting innocent people and they didn't fix anything and only made it worse. I sent over emails and photos of the damages, and they ignored every single one. The GM didn't return my calls after the first one, service managers were ignorant and degrading, the owner of the dealership ignored all calls and emails, and I filed a report with corporate and still nothing was done. In fact, they told me to call corporate because they didn't care. They told me she bought the car and it's her problem, they aren't doing anything. So, after all that we ended up having to get rid of the car because the inside developed white mold all over the interior and they would do absolutely nothing because her car was not their problem. They slapped a band aid on a car to hide what they knew was wrong with it so they could sell it and line their pockets, all at the expense of a 17-year-old girl who worked 2 jobs to buy her own car. The dealership is full of nothing but a bunch of egotistical narcissistic men. They are liars, crooks and thieves with no moral compass at all!! So, save yourself the hassle and go anywhere else because if not, you will regret it dearly! More
Nick, my Service Advisor, made the oil change on my 2019 Honda Civic a breeze! My car was "in and out" in a timely fashion, and the technicians looked-over other parts of my car. Bad Form and Experience, Avoid this Dealer I tried to set up a time to see a Used Honda Pilot. Initially, I contacted Washington Honda (part of this group) through CarGurus, via text. An internet sales person pinged me back and then didn't answer me for nearly 5 days. Thursday until Monday. Then, only today I receive an E-mail from some form of a sales manager, but was unable to reply. Their General Sales Manager called me and had a nasty tone as well. I hope their ownership (Eugene Trapuzzano) sees this, because they have the wrong employees and managers at the helm. BTW, I went to their competitor right up the road and they treated me well, so your average (($1.5 to 3K profit went elsewhere). I'll be leaving a hyper-positive review for that group. Their overall sales protocol is busted and I would avoid using them. If they are unable to follow up with simple questions via all electronic protocols, then their support and service is going to stink. More
