We bought a used Expedition at Washington Ford from Barry. He was great to deal with. No pressure, quick to respond to our calls. We then took the car back to get tires. My car was at the dealership for 2 months. I was told they couldn’t get the part. When the part finally came in, it was installed. I was then told that I had to pay $188.95 for a new battery because mine they couldn’t get the part. When the part finally came in, it was installed. I was then told that I had to pay $188.95 for a new battery because mine was dead because it sat so long. It sat so long because they couldn’t get a transmission. When I protested that, she told me that they could “push it outside” and I could get it from there. I’m the end, I ended up owing $230 and change for the towing and a deductible on my warranty, which didn’t make much sense to me. I paid it because I had had enough. I am a single mother with 2 jobs. I live with, and take care of my 82 year old mother and her house. Imagine how impossibly hard it was to keep my jobs with no car for nearly 2 months. Oh, I was able to get a rental for 10 days per my extended warranty. Unfortunately it wasn’t until 18 days into the whole ordeal. More

Worst 8 month long service I’ve ever been apart of. This place should be ashamed to treat customers how I was.
