I am having problems with my heater in my 2017 F-150 Truck and I took it int to have it fixed. Since the heater is not producing a "code" the technician said there is nothing wrong with my truck and di Truck and I took it int to have it fixed. Since the heater is not producing a "code" the technician said there is nothing wrong with my truck and did not work on it. When I drive down the road lots of heat comes out on the dash and side windows when I have the foot area selected for the heat while my feet remain freezing. If you turn up fan an even greater portion of heat blows out on the windshield and side windows. This is the 2nd attempt to have this corrected. On the last visit a technician rode with me, acknowledged and witnessed the problem. The next day a different technician was assigned to work on it and said there is nothing wrong. I cannot keep wasting time going back and forth to get this fixed. I will find another dealership to do the repairs. The technician came across to me as though he just did not want to work on the heater problem and did not listen as I tried to explain to him the issue. In order to replicate the issue you must drive 55+ mph, not 5 mph around the dealer lot. I have no argument about paying to have this work done, I just want the ventilation system for the heater fixed. More
