Driving from WV to Cleveland, OH, I was experiencing a transmission problem with my 2009 Ford Ranger late in the afternoon. Pulled over and found Washington Ford off of Rt 19. The shop manger had the truck looked at right away, found the problem, ordered a hard to find overnight part, was promised I'd be ready to go by 2PM the next day, got a text at 10AM that morning - the truck was fixed. Professional, interested and courteous and there to help a stranded traveler - a terrific, quality experience! Good shop, that! More
