I was impressed with how Kevin worked with me. I had an intermittent problem with the drive train. After reprogramming the transmission, the problem still occurred. They let me drive the truck twice with the technician and the problem didn’t occur at that time. They said I might have to put more miles on the truck which seemed to work.
