last time in oct. i got the works on my van. the service person left the dip stick up out of the tube. engine had oil all over it and all over the hood inside. came th i got the works on my van. the service person left the dip stick up out of the tube. engine had oil all over it and all over the hood inside. came there asked for the shop manager and of course he was in a meeting. someone checked the oil said its ok and sent me on my way; this is one of many mess ups from your service people the past 12 years and 2 transit connect vans we purchased there. Could have been a 5 star review but I specifically asked them to check the air in the tires but they didn’t. Drove out of the parking lot then look at the tire pressure on the dashboard and one tire was onl them to check the air in the tires but they didn’t. Drove out of the parking lot then look at the tire pressure on the dashboard and one tire was only at 30lbs and 2 others were different. Had to go back to the dealership to correct, It may seem like something little but it vey important to maintain the correct air pressure in the tires. More
