service during COVID I contacted Washington Ford during the COVID shutdown because my car needed an oil change. I got a message saying that they would contact me when the I contacted Washington Ford during the COVID shutdown because my car needed an oil change. I got a message saying that they would contact me when they reopened their service department. They did - and had a "contact-less" system set up so that I could speak with them and pay for the service without entering the building. The day that I picked up my car, one of my turn signals malfunctioned. I called them again, and they took care of it right away. I didn't have an appointment, but I was able to stop by at my convenience the next day and sit outside the building at a picnic table while they took care of my car. They had it fixed in just a few minutes, and it was virtually "contact-less" again. Don Paris was the Service Advisor, and he did a great job taking care of both calls virtually! More

Mostly pleased I was very pleased with my recent visit with my truck. I do have one issue though. I had an appointment set up in February to have the oil changed. Because of the pandemic, my appointment was cancelled. Because the truck was due for the oil change, I asked if it would be ok to wait for awhile to get it done. Your employee, not sure who I talked to, told me not to wait & have it serviced elsewhere & to keep my receipt & I would be reimbursed because I purchased the complete care package when I bought the truck. I asked about it when I set the appointment for the recent visit. He told me that he didn't know anything about it & couldn't help. I've called twice since then & haven't gotten anywhere with my issue. No one seems to be able to help. Will someone please let me know what to do to get reimbursed? More

Not overly happy with the vehicle so far but the service department has done a great job so far. I thought a new vehicle would not of had these issues but Washington Ford and Fox Ford has been very good abo department has done a great job so far. Service department is excellent. Good mechanics and Kevin is great on the desk. The ladies the cashier desk are polite and quick. The service at Washington Ford has never let me down. I bought my vehicle there because of the great service! They always have my best interest! With that being said, I do believe that bad vehicles happen bought my vehicle there because of the great service! They always have my best interest! With that being said, I do believe that bad vehicles happen, and I unfortunately bought one. Even with all the issues my vehicle has given me (2014 Ford Edge SEL, bought used with 40k miles) I can’t say enough good things about the Service Department, Don Paris my adviser, makes things right the first time. Because of the quality service I will return to Washington Ford for my next vehicle. More
