professional and courteous I had a recall taken care of and an oil change. I chose to wait around in their lounge while it was fixed. No recommendation here I scheduled to have my vehicle recall taken care of. I scheduled the appointment with JT and advised I’d drop off on Thursday night and be picking up I scheduled to have my vehicle recall taken care of. I scheduled the appointment with JT and advised I’d drop off on Thursday night and be picking up on sunday. I knew full well the dealer was not open on Sunday and clarified that the vehicle would be ready on Sunday for pickup. I left the keys in an envelope when dropping off and put a note that I’d pick up on Sunday. I spoke with JT on Friday and confirmed that I’d be picking up on Sunday and he said he’d have the vehicle where I could get it since no one would be there on the weekend. When I arrived on Sunday afternoon to pick up, the vehicle was parked in the secure area that could not be gotten. Needless to say, I couldn’t get my vehicle home and this forced my wife to be late for work on Monday because she had to drop me off first. Also, there is some type of black residue on the door and door handle that was not there when I dropped off. Since the repair was related to the door latches, I’m assuming this is left over from the technicians not cleaning up. More

Rely on Ford,,,False Advertising with that motto 2015 Ford Focus breaks down in construction zone on highway. Just got recalled due to a fuel tank deformity. You Rely on Washington Ford to fix it and have it towed there. They are so overwhelmed with fleet and making excuses as to why they cant fix your car that it's a 2 week wait. And dont write anything negative or they'll call your family members and make threats unless u take it down. So many dealerships out there AVOID THIS AND WOLTZ AND WIND FORD. More
