Appointment was booked online for oil change and tire rotation. After booking appointment it said total due would be $15.00 for the tire rotation and the oil change would be zero because of Ford Credit rotation. After booking appointment it said total due would be $15.00 for the tire rotation and the oil change would be zero because of Ford Credit points. After car was finished my husband picked up the car and the total was $87. He was not told that he could apply his Ford credit points. Upon arrival at home we called the service department and were told that it would be too much work to credit my debit account back and use my points. I was told I could come and buy floor mats. This is a leased vehicle. Our second one almost ready for a third one. Each time the vehicle is returned like new and with way less miles then allowed. I am really considering at the end of this lease moving away from Ford. Especially since my earned points are set to expire. More
