Did not compare my online booking or reference my phone number to contact me. Vehicle was there for 4 days for a two hour inspection and brake job My vehicle should have been serviced on Friday. I calle number to contact me. Vehicle was there for 4 days for a two hour inspection and brake job My vehicle should have been serviced on Friday. I called Monday afternoon and I fill like it was my call that got the work I will not take my vehicle back to this place The online appointment and the human were two different people. It’s the attention to detail that matters to me and I feel as though there was no over site or mirroring between the two systems. Also. My tires were protested and I left the facility with all four tire pressures under low tire psi warnings. I had to run home and service all four tires More
