I had a mixed experience at Washington Ford. There was a lack of information about the need for a "J Brace" for the 2024 Ranger I purchased there. The salesman, Cullen and all the services rep There was a lack of information about the need for a "J Brace" for the 2024 Ranger I purchased there. The salesman, Cullen and all the services reps did not have deep experience or training on this device. Everyone at Washington Ford was doing their best to figure this. I feel the biggest issue lies with the Ford Motor Corporation for not providing training. More

I found the vehicle online and completed an application. The salesman was nice but as I’m asking questions seemed to be annoyed. When I got to the dealer I wanted to discuss the price and my trade in value. The salesman was nice but as I’m asking questions seemed to be annoyed. When I got to the dealer I wanted to discuss the price and my trade in value. They said the deal is already done since I did it online. I was half tempted to walk as I didn’t like that they were being forceful about finishing the deal. I ended up buying the vehicle since it was a good buy and what I needed but I will not be buying another vehicle from them. Typical salesman attitudes and certainly didn’t value me as a client. More
