Inquired about some potential additional issues with the vehicle, and I was adv communicating and completing work on time and with good workmanship. I brought my car in because the windshield wipers turn on and off by themselves and sometimes don't turn on when I need them. I had taken it to other shops however they did not feel they had the expertise to and off by themselves and sometimes don't turn on when I need them. I had taken it to other shops however they did not feel they had the expertise to fix it so I figured I would take it to the place who makes the car. When I brought the car in the first time the technician said I needed new windshield wiper motors. Overall with diagnosis and repairs I paid just over $900 dollars. About three weeks later the car started to have the same problem. When I returned it to the dealer they now stated there was a different problem that their diagnostic tool was leading them to and the new repairs would cost about $500. I told the dealership I did not have any more money to throw at the problem and it should have been fixed the first time. They refused to fix the car and I refused to pay any more money to solve the same problem. I have two small children and this is a safety hazard as I have been caught in a downpour and my windshield wipers would not turn on. It is disgraceful that they would let me walk out of there with an unsafe vehicle and $900 dollars in their pocket. More
