I asked for the recall to be done in addition to oil change and alignment, I was told the parts were there for the recall, it was on my form but when i picked up the vehicle the recall was not completed change and alignment, I was told the parts were there for the recall, it was on my form but when i picked up the vehicle the recall was not completed, so now I have to take more time and go back again, leave the car and wait for the recall to be done. More
