I purchased the what I thought at the time the premium maintenance plan to go along with my $100k truck. 2 things really disappointed me with this service . The first is your policy of not providing a loaner vehicle while you are servicing the vehicle. I bought a Lincoln up in South Hills. They will come down to Glen Dale WV pick up my vehicle and leave a loaner while they perform the maintenance or repair. I paid less for that vehicle and maintenance program. I don’t understand why you can’t at least provide a loaner vehicle while service is being provided even when I drive the truck 50 minutes to you? I sat in the waiting room almost 2 hours while you performed the service. The other thing that bothered me was I thought all the fluids including the DEF were supposed to be topped off? I checked the DEF on my way home and it was only at 50%. I had questioned Don about this before I left and he said it was at a level that didn’t require DEF being added? Again I thought I purchased the premium maintenance plan and this would have been done? Other than those 2 issues I’m assuming that everything was done correctly? I know all vehicles are expensive these day but when you spend around $100k for a vehicle and a premium maintenance plan I would think amenities like a loaner vehicle would be provided. More
The experience of buying the car was great while picking up and closing on the car was stressful and disappointing. CJ, Patrick and Brennan were fantastic. They made us a great deal and working with them was a pleasure. CJ was wonderful, patient and made us feel at home with no pressure. I loved that part of the experience. Then came the closing. Working with Tracy Lawson was a different story. We sat down to finalize the sale and she starting the process by asking questions about how long we keep a car, miles we drive and so on. Without any indication she was doing so, we were being given a sales pitch for add on service plans. Also initially, the only payments we were given all included different levels of add on service plans. When I asked for the payment without any add on service plan, she acted like I did not understand how closing on a car worked. Once I insisted, she reluctantly gave me the payment without add on service. Once I had that payment, I did listen to her sales pitch and decided to decline add on service as the car was already gold certified. After a 40 minute sales pitch, she commented that they were closing in 8 minutes and we needed to wrap this up resulting in a rushed review and signing of paperwork which made my wife and I uncomfortable. Loved the process of buying the car there, closing on the car not so much. More

The service rep and techs are always helpful and do great work. I’ve been going to these guys for years for all my main work.
