That being said, the employees are friendly and professional, and are willing to go out of the way to help out with specific needs & requests. My biggest complaint is primarily with the communication delays and unnecessary extra time to fully service a vehicle (six days to replace a battery and repair wiring damage when the last three days were totally unnecessary). More
