My service advisor Andrea was excellent! She had me scheduled me quickly, and very caring. They found the problem, and had the part the next day! When it arrived, she had me bring my truck i She had me scheduled me quickly, and very caring. They found the problem, and had the part the next day! When it arrived, she had me bring my truck in. While fixing it, a trim part broke. She found a local dealer that had the part, and Express brought it to their dealership! It was fixed the same day! Outstanding service! Making sure we will be safe during our travels, towing our fifth wheel RV! More

Kevin Konek keeps my service records on my 2022 F250 and other super duty trucks, i get my oil changed and tires rotated every 5000 miles and Kevin send me a email when i need to get my service done and on other super duty trucks, i get my oil changed and tires rotated every 5000 miles and Kevin send me a email when i need to get my service done and on time.
