Worst Customer Service Ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So just to briefly summarize my experience with Washington Ford. My wife and I were already pre-approved through Capital One and the car I was looking So just to briefly summarize my experience with Washington Ford. My wife and I were already pre-approved through Capital One and the car I was looking for was a Subaru Tribeca. Wash. Ford had a very nice one for $9931.09 soeven though they were 4 hours away from me I was willing to go pick the vehicle up if the price was right. I spoke with Mike one of the sales guys and asked him to work me up the best price he could out the door including tags, title and tax. He came back with $10,496 which basically meant he added the tags, title,and tax on to the regular car price. When I asked if there was any room for negotiation he said no. Now I have never experienced no haggle pricing except with carmax but dont expect these guys to reduce anything. I thought this was so strange I contacted Kevin the General Sales Manager and he confirmed that was the rock bottom price. At no time did either one of these gentlemen ask to see what they could do to get me in this car. Against my better judgement I decided to go ahead an arrange to make the purchase needless to say it went all downhill from there. They basically told me I would have to put down a deposit to hold it even though they had already sent my app to capital one and saw I was approved. From there they said my drivers license needed to match my physical address because capital one required it. Not True because I called them and they said they were good to go. Once I confronted them with this then they said the state of PA required it and that I might have understood if they didnt try to lie to me the first time. There was no way I was going to go through the trouble of changing my ID after the service or lack of service I received from these guys. So to end a long rant if you're NOT looking for a good deal or good customer service Washington Ford is the place for you. Josh In Virginia More

Don't waste your time We shopped for Ford F-150's online at many Ford dealer sites. Price including rebates was incorporated into our final decisions. We found the truck we wanted with the amenities that we wanted for the price we would pay. It was at Washington Ford. We drove the 1.5 hours to their showroom and were quickly greeted by a salesman. We handed him the printout from the computer along with the window sticker print out. He took us inside to get the key. The key was gone but the spare and the paperwork for the truck were there. He sat us down and said he would go get the truck and bring it to the front door for us to test drive. He spent the next hour looking for the truck and the main keys as he only had the spare set. He asked other salesmen, asked people in the office, rode a golf cart around looking for it and finally, after we had been waiting the hour, he told us they had sent it to "their other car lot" and a salesman there had sold the truck. We asked where the "other lot" was. We wanted to at least look at the truck. He said it wasn't there because the people had already taken it home. We found that unbelievable since the spare key and the paperwork to the truck were still there. So again we asked where the "other lot" was. He told us it wasn't exactly another lot belonging to them, but rather another dealer's lot in Carlisle, Pa. We drove the 1.5 hours back home. My husband went on line and sent a complaint e-mail to the "internet salesman" at Washington Ford. He responded by asking my husband to call him at his earliest convenience. My husband called and the internet salesman told him he had another call on the line and he would call back in a few minutes. That was 2 weeks ago and he has yet to call. We found another truck at #1Ricart Ford near Columbus Ohio that we liked. The service there was 200% better. They acted like they wanted us to have a truck as much as we wanted to buy one. You can read my review of Ricart Ford under their dealership review. We will definitely buy from Ricart Ford again, and we highly, highly, recommend that you don't waste your time at Washington Ford. They are too unorganized. The left doesn't know what the right is doing. How do you lose a truck? More

Bad used car experience Dealt with Brian Bojarski on a used car deal. He comes across as fake and, in my opinion, a pissy little xxxxx with no customer service skills. Is it standard operating procedure for these guys to always give the "I can't give you that much on your trade-in and still give you this price"? That makes no sense!! I'm offering you my vehicle in exchange for currency. It does not have anything to do with the value of the vehicle I will be purchasing. I would have walked away if I hadn't been in a pinch to buy a vehicle. Next time my family is due for a new vehicle we may come back to Washington Ford to speak with Tim Herd or Barry Duffey, but absolutely will not deal with Brian. On day of pickup I was very specific informing Brian on what time we would arrive so that we wouldn't have too much waiting time. We had to wait almost a full hour before we started paperwork. More
