last time in oct. i got the works on my van. the service person left the dip stick up out of the tube. engine had oil all over it and all over the hood inside. came th i got the works on my van. the service person left the dip stick up out of the tube. engine had oil all over it and all over the hood inside. came there asked for the shop manager and of course he was in a meeting. someone checked the oil said its ok and sent me on my way; this is one of many mess ups from your service people the past 12 years and 2 transit connect vans we purchased there. Only complaint is cleanliness of vehicle. I didn't asked for much, but one of the items was could you ask them to detail the vehicle. When they brought the vehicle back, the same dirt, hair and wrappers were still in the vehicle. All that was done is spray deodorizer. A $60,000 truck should be clean, inside and out! More
