I buy a truck or a car every year or so between my business and my personal needs, so I am a bit more familiar with the buying process. Having said that, I don't know whether these guys are dishonest, business and my personal needs, so I am a bit more familiar with the buying process. Having said that, I don't know whether these guys are dishonest, just incompetent or a combination of both, I caught them trying to charge me a few hundred dollars more on fees and taxes. I normally would have walked out, but because I drove all the way from Long Island, NY located right outside of NYC, I had to waste a couple of hours of my time pointing out the "mistakes." Because of the shortage of trucks, we decided to go out all the way to the Pittsburg area to get the right combination of the capabilities and options. Even when we were trying to register the vehicle in NYS DMV, we were told that these guys forwarded incorrect paperwork and that the whole paperwork had to be sent back to the dealership and send back out to DMV again. I ended up making multiple trips to DMV because of it. Additionally, there is a program called Business Choice which would enable us to receive an additional $500 rebate. But because these guys were not familiar with the program, I ended up wasting a lot of time again, and we ended up not receiving the rebate. I spoke with the regional coordinator of the program, and I was told that these guys really do not sell too many commercial vehicles and that they are probably not very familiar with the program. I don't mind them not knowing about it, but I do mind them not trying. If you are thinking of buying a car or a truck from these guys, please be aware, lest you end up wasting time like me. More
I got four free services with the purchase of my vehicle, however they won’t take appointments and I stopped in one day at roughly 1:30 for an oil change and was told it was a 2 1/2 hour wait minimum! Not to however they won’t take appointments and I stopped in one day at roughly 1:30 for an oil change and was told it was a 2 1/2 hour wait minimum! Not to mention the tonneau cover that I got with my Silverado from them leaks all over the place! As a contractor it’s tough when your tools are ruined or constantly rusty because you paid over a $1000 bucks for something that really doesn’t give you protection at all! I sure won’t be going back there anymore More
$130 to diagnose engine light The check engine light Was on on my 2012 Cruze (purchased at Washington Chevrolet) so I called to make an appointment for service. At the time of my c The check engine light Was on on my 2012 Cruze (purchased at Washington Chevrolet) so I called to make an appointment for service. At the time of my call I was told it would cost $130 to diagnose the issue. I asked if that would be applied to the cost to remedy the problem and was told no, that it would be in addition to the repair. I decided that was a deal breaker and did not make an appointment. I took my car to a non-dealer garage instead. Less than two hours after they opened (I dropped it off the night before) I received a call that my car was ready. Something chewed a wire. The repair plus a new air filter was $111. Also disappointed that when I purchase the car I was told that the service center was open on Saturdays only to learn later that they would not do the recall replacement of the keys in my daughter’s Cobalt as Saturday service was nothing more than oil changes. Took my 2017 mustang here to get repaired after a guy side swiped me per Allstate. I dropped it off and it had the damages in the first picture listed. When dropping my vehicle off for repair I talked to side swiped me per Allstate. I dropped it off and it had the damages in the first picture listed. When dropping my vehicle off for repair I talked to the collision center manager Ryan Coffield. I told him after they are complete with my vehicle I wanted it completely detailed inside and out. He stated that they don’t detail cars but they have a place where they take all there vehicles to get detailed which was Russos in Canonsburg PA. He stated they would take my car in on a Monday and have it completed by Friday detail and all. Well the following Monday rolls around and I call them first thing in the morning and ask about the status of my car and it was completed. I dropped my rental off and they drive me over. I walk in and they prompt me to sign the papers to release the car (which I didn’t even get to inspect first) and paid the 187$ for the detail. After walking to the car I was extremely disappointed. It literally looks like they ran it through the automatic car wash and poorly hand waxed it. It still had wax in the cracks of the trunk, hood, and front/rear bumper. Also my car had a slight miss with a check engine light plus 186 miles put on it from the invoice when I dropped the car off! I informed Ryan Coffield about how the car was and he said he didn’t get a chance to inspect it after it got back. When I was looking closer I noticed some dull sections in my car which I thought was from the poor detail but come to find out it was overspray from when they repainted my rear panel. (See pictures below) and the overspray was on my driver side panel, driver and passenger door, trunk, hood, front and rear windshield and hood. I pointed it out to Ryan. He said that us overspray and the detail shop should have gotten it off. (My question time him was Shouldn’t have you guys gotten all the overspray off before you send it to get detailed? And I didn’t get a clear reply. And then I ask him do you guys inspect vehicles before you send them out? And he said yeah we have a inspection sheet that we fill out before the customer picks up the car but since your car was getting a full detail the detail shop should’ve gotten all that off.) he said if you got 15 minutes to a half hour to wait around we can get that all off for you. I waited, and when they pulled my car out it was worse, as you see from the pictures below all the swirl marks from them trying to buff all the overspray off, which they didn’t even get the passenger side of the vehicle, hood, and windshield. Ryan then stated that he understands that they messed my vehicle up And that I probably don’t want them working on it further more so he recommended that I take it to another detail shop of my picking and have the rest of the car fixed. I had a detailer come to my house one evening and quickly go over the car and he quoted me 350 for everything but stated that the price may go up when he gets it in the shop and sees the true damage. I told Ryan the shop manager the price he quoted me and he said that he agrees to pay to fix my vehicle from Washington Chevy. After the detailer was complete with my vehicle the total was $618. And then took that receipt and gave it to the collision center manager Ryan and he said that they couldn’t pay it they could only do what I was quoted to 350. So now that I’m out $318 due to their mistakes and after talking to the fixed operations director Thomas J marquis he basically said that they only agreed to pay the 350 no more and would not listen to my complete story on the list of events leading up to this. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy they are crooks and do not care about your vehicle whatsoever. More

I was trading a 2008 2500HD on a 2016 model of a 2500HD. Washington Chevy only offered me $12K for my trade, which I knew from my research was totally low- ball. There was a lot of effort to show me why that was a good number but little effort to make it better. Two days later I went to North Star. Their FIRST offer for my trade was $22.5K! So long Washington Chevrolet. You obviously do not want my business! More

She reffered us and was very helpful in connecting us with our contact Steve Matiyasic. Right off the bat, Steve was great and took time to pre-qualify us instead of hard selling and pushing us in a direction we were uncomfortable with. Actually if it wasn't for Steve taking the time to walk us through the various Chevy SUVs, we would have made a poor decision. When we concluded on the type of vehicle (Chevy Traverse), it was sad to find out that the vehicle with options we were most interested in was not currently on the lot. From that point on, Steve worked with the team to immediately turn around the exact SUV we had wanted. During the sales process, Steve made us feel comfortable and ensured the entire process was going smoothly. Even John in Finance was helpful in explaining the ins and outs of our lease agreement... you know how those finance guys can be ;-). When the SUV was finally ours and we wanted more tweaks, Jesse Bails in parts was able to get us set up with the things we needed to make the vehicle exactly as we wanted. He was right on it as soon as we talked with him about some things we wanted. We would recommend dealing with the team at Washington Chevy to anyone of our close friends and family without hesitation. All we ask is don't lose that customer focus... More
