This is one dealership that has excellent customer service, friendly and knowledgeable staff, that work with the customer throughout the entire process of finding and buying a vehicle. I was helped by Bryan and Bobbi in finding the vehicle I thought I wanted. It started by being asked questions of what I was looking for, and what was most important for me in a vehicle. After a list of vehicles were put together for me by Bobbi, Bryan and I went to look at each of them. He was patient, and did not push for any of the vehicle we viewed. Bryan even drove me to their other lot (All Star Ford) in a Ford Fusion to view more vehicles. I did not pick any of the vehicles that Bryan had shown me, instead I decided to check out a few other dealerships. Bryan thanked me for stopping by, assured me that they would put together another list as I was not interested in any of the vehicles we had already viewed if that was what I wanted, and I said I would stop back by after I checked out a few of the other dealerships. I went back to WA Auto Credit to buy that same Ford Fusion after I checked out the other dealerships even though it was not what I had originally thought I wanted yet it is the car I actually decided to buy. Bryan and Bobbi were both patient and not pushy in anyway towards any of their vehicles. Once I decided it was the Fusion I wanted to purchase, Bobbi sat down with me to work out a deal that was with in my budget, and at a great price. My experience with WA Auto Credit was pleasant which seems out of the ordinary when buying a vehicle yet is completely ordinary with their team. I considered buying a Fusion I saw at one of the other dealerships I stopped by after I left Byran at their other lot, yet I decided that the team at WA Auto Credit is where I wanted to take my business. I decided this based on the experience my friend had with them previously with purchasing a vehicle, my personal experience with Bryan when I decided to walk away and visit other dealerships, and their team attitude that the vehicle was for me and I needed to be satisfied with the whole process. In all honesty, it really was Bryan and how he handled my leaving to go to other dealerships that brought me back to buy my Ford Fusion from the team at WA Auto Credit. It is the entire process, from the initial walking in the door to the financial process with Bobbi which will bring me back when I am looking for another vehicle to purchase. We filed our BK7 last year September and it was discharged in December 2012. We needed a vehicle quick because our car was in BK7 and it was scheduled to be taken anytime after our discharge was co discharged in December 2012. We needed a vehicle quick because our car was in BK7 and it was scheduled to be taken anytime after our discharge was complete. So, we contacted WA auto credit through a flyer we got through the mail. They luckily got us approved right after our BK7 and got us into a starter vehicle to build up our credit again. It has been 9 months and we have made on-time payments on our vehicle that we financed through them. We really like the lender they financed us through because the lender was understanding and flexible with our payments. We are now going back through WA AUTO CREDIT to trade in what we originally bought through them 9 months ago and upgrade to a better vehicle with lower miles. We are now repeat customers and can't wait to see what we finance next. Thank you Ryan and Ron for all your help and support! See you soon. More
