Great new(used) car deal I was solicited through the usual snail mail method, for some reason I didn't throw this one away, I called and got some information. After checking the reviews, BBB, and dealer sites for available vehicles I decided to give them a shot. I live in Eastern Washington, so it was a 4+ hour drive...more like 5+ with traffic on a Saturday morning, but I digress. The deal went smooth as they said it would, the vehicles were pretty much as described, most used cars are not quite matching the description, but they were good. I tried a couple, made my decision and completed the purchase within about 3 hours, maybe slightly less. I dealt with Ryan via email a couple times, but talked with Ron on the phone and email, and he was the person that ultimately got the loan completed, and for a very good rate. If other dealers don't want to work with you, it's because they are lazy and only want the fast buck, these guys earn their money and make the deal work. More
