Hi Liz, I am sorry you feel like you overpaid for the second and third vehicles you bought from us. However, we take all comments and complaints seriously, so I researched both of the vehicles you bought. The 2015 GMC Terrain has a KBB retail value of $27,476 as of today. You only paid $26,566. The value was likely even higher when you bought it. The 2013 Chevy Sonic has a KBB retail value of $11,273 as of today. You only paid $10,434. Again, the value was likely even higher when you bought it. I can understand that you may have seen similar vehicles selling for less money at other dealerships. We do not claim to have the lowest prices, but we do provide a great service helping people of all credit types buy vehicles at fair prices. The prices you paid appear to be fair, as they are both below Kelly Blue Book value. If you have any other questions, feel free to contact us. Ryan Garrison Washington Auto Credit

Well the truth is I DIDN'T READ AND ASK QUESTIONS! This isn't solely on the dealership as I said previously. I had a trade in credit of 6,000.00 that disappeared in fees and charges. The loan is for the 26.000.00 that is correct. I could go back and forth but this is an honest review. If you have bad credit and what to improve, this is where I recommend you go. Once you've proved your credit worth, I recommend looking around. Dealerships don't care about loyalty, so we shouldn't either.

Hi Liz, It sounds like we did not do a good enough job making sure you understood all of the paperwork, and I am sorry about that. It looks like you guys purchased a vehicle service contract (some call it an extended warranty) and gap protection. You also had about $1195 in tax, title, license, and doc fees. The part of that that was the doc fee and it was $150. It is pretty standard at dealerships in Washington. The other $1045 or so goes to the state of Washington, either with sales tax, or licensing fees. The gap and service contract are products that most people want if they can afford them, but they are never required and our disclosures show you that the products are optional...but they do cost money, and that may be why you did not understand why the total loan is $25,424.72 I just wanted to be clear that everything you are paying for is itemized on several of the forms you guys signed. There are no extra charges for doing the loan, or buying the car with our service. You simply pay for the items you are buying.
