Easiest Experiance! I didn't think that I would be able to get a car after going through bankruptcy. I figured anyone willing to finance me would be predatory and would p I didn't think that I would be able to get a car after going through bankruptcy. I figured anyone willing to finance me would be predatory and would put me back in the same situation that I was in before filing. I ignored all of the flyers and letters, most of which were just logos of cars with large print "CALL US NOW, LET US HELP YOU!" Yeah, right! Then I got a letter from Washington Auto Credit that spelled things out legitimately, with actual information on my options. I was originally going to reaffirm my current car, but thought I should at least look into my options. Eric Nicholson was my contact person. He indulged every question, and laid out the process step by step. I sent over a few pieces of information and the financing was already in line before I went to look for cars! When I got there, he already had the perfect car in mind for me. He again laid out all of my options, and his gut was right. I was able to upgrade my car from a 2012 ford fiesta that was WAY too small for my family, that had some fundamental problems even after the "recall patch fix", to a 2016 Ford Fusion that was still under the manufacturer warranty! 125,000 miles on my old car to a new one with only 30,000. My whole family would fit, double car seats and all, and for around the same monthly payment that I had been making. Everyone of my needs was met. Eric was really communicative and accommodated me ever step of the way. Even had the car delivered to me from Olympia to Washougal, since my husband had to work the day I went shopping, so couldn't sign the docs at the same time as me.
