Worth the wait! Working with Kris was terrific! He stayed on top of things and kept us informed on the process the entire time we were there. It did take over 6 hou Working with Kris was terrific! It did take over 6 hours which was a bit much but it was memorial weekend so I'll say it was all from the craziness. Kris helped us navigate through finding the perfect car for us and our budget. We left with an almost brand new car which we totally weren't expecting. We plan to trade in our 2nd car at the beginning of the year and will definitely be returning to deal with Kris again. There were parts of my experience that I was less than satisfied with, most of were not Kris's fault and we're out of his control. (Memorial weekend craziness made for a long trip to the dealership it took almost 5 hours before we closed on a car. The car wasn't detailed so it got a quick wash before we left (I found numerous minor scratches the following day), upon getting the car back from its wash and on the way home I noticed the floor mats were missing & didn't receive a full tank of fuel, mirror cap on drivers side is missing) I have txt with Chris about these things and he has been nothing but easy to work with. I feel confident that he will get these things taken care of for me in the near future. I appreciate his compassion and diligence in getting us into an almost new car that we enjoy. I will definitely be returning to buy another car from Kris in the future! More
