I bought a used Ram pickup from Warsaw Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Warsaw, Indiana, through their on-line internet sales service. I had them install a spray-in bed liner before I visited the dealership to Jeep Ram in Warsaw, Indiana, through their on-line internet sales service. I had them install a spray-in bed liner before I visited the dealership to get the truck. Within a year the liner bubbled and blistered. By year two the whole liner peeled off. It was obvious the truck bed had never been sanded or prepped in any way for liner adhesion. Dan, the sales manager at the dealership, told me the outfit that sprayed the liner wouldn't do anything about it, and he told me the dealership wasn't willing to do anything either. From my perspective, it was the dealership that I paid to do the liner; whoever they subcontracted to do the actual work is between them. The dealership owes me for what I paid to have this faulty work done, as I see it, and they told me to pound sand. I'll now have to pay another bed liner business to do the job right. Customers beware, this is the dealership where you might spend a lot of money. Can you trust them? Will they have your back? Actions speak a lot louder than words. More

buyer beware!!! Buyer beware!!! Buyer beware!!! Buyer beware!!! I live in Michigan. I saw the Jeep Wrangler that I really liked at the Warsaw Indiana dealership. 2018 Jeep Wrangl Buyer beware!!! Buyer beware!!! I live in Michigan. I saw the Jeep Wrangler that I really liked at the Warsaw Indiana dealership. 2018 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon JL fully loaded $45,000. When I looked at the Carfax it showed that it went into the dealer 6 times for the steering and suspension to be checked. So before I bought the vehicle I asked the salesman to check on it. He went and talk to his sales manager’s and they said “everything was fine with it. It had 125 point inspection done on it.” I asked several times to make sure that it’s all under warranty in case I have any problems. Frank my salesman promised up-and-down “yes It has a warranty. It’s all covered bumper-to-bumper 36,000 miles or three years.” I asked again that covers the suspension and steering? Frank said “yes I asked my manager. If you have any problems it’s covered.” After only having it a couple days it had death wobble. That’s when you hit a bump the steering wheel jumps back-and-forth very hard almost getting into an accident. It will not stop until the vehicle comes to a complete stop. Very scary experience when you have your family in the Jeep with you. I took it to my local dealer and they said it wasn’t under warranty because it has aftermarket steering components on it. Come to find out the dealership that worked on it before was trying to fix death wobble. So that dealership split the cost with the old owner to put Yeti Steeresmart tie-rod, drag link and track bar to fix the death wobble. That is what voided my warranty. The reason I know this is because I called the old dealership and talk to the service manager. So I was lied to by the sales team at Warsaw Indiana dealership about the warranty. The mechanics that did the inspection should’ve let the sales team know that there was yeti Steeresmarts Parts on this. There would not be a warranty on the steering and suspension. I called Warsaw Indiana and they asked me if I could bring it out to them and they would fix it. I paid for my Jeep Wrangler to get towed out there 200 miles. They had it for 2 1/2 weeks and put a relocating bracket on it to push the caster out to 6 degrees. Seam to fix the problem. I had it for a couple more months and it started happening again. “Death Wobble” Now Warsaw Indiana does not want to fix it. Everybody I spoke with at the dealer couldn’t believe what happened and they all felt sorry for me until I spoke to the general manager. The general manager (Ted Nine) was the rudest person I dealt with out of the whole ordeal. His solution was “if I paid for all the OEM parts and labor. That it would put the Jeep back to factory and it would be under warranty again.” Which would cost me about $2500-$3500. Or that he “would buy my Jeep back” but I had to lose $4,000-$5,000 in the whole process. He said “because he had to pay his employees” (the ones that all lied to me) “a little over $1600 and $0.25 a mile. If not I was on my own.” Worst experience ever. The general manager (Ted Nine) was short with me and very rude. I don’t wish this upon anybody. So I guess the buyer supposed to crawl underneath the vehicles to make sure there’s no aftermarket parts. Or your warranty will be void. Hopefully you know what you’re looking for. So here I own a $45,000 jeep that I have to go fix up because I was lied to. More

I brought my car in for warranty work and after they had to preform the work twice because they did not complete the job correct the first time. During our second time for the same repair they broke our DVD head rests. I brought it to the service managers attention and they said they will not fix what they broke. I have asked to speak to Ted Nine the GM ten times and he will not speak with me. Stay away from this dealership. This service department will break your car and not take any responsibility for it. Had a tire rotation performed last year and they said stripped a lug nut. Had to wait while they waited for a new lug nut, which is fine, I understand everyone makes mistakes. I asked repeatedly if the wheel stud was cross-threaded and needed replaced. Was told "no" by both the service advisor and service manager. I asked them to document it on the service record to which they did, indicating only a stripped lug nut. Next tire rotation I take it to a mechanic I trust and find out that they not only replaced the wheel stud, but it is very obvious they installed a used wheel stud from a different vehicle. Had hammer marks at the end and did not even match the rest of the wheel studs. Confronted the service manager and shrugs it off saying that wheel studs are "misc shop supplies" and don't have to be original equipment. Doesn't even know Ram and Mopar's policy around certified service. My advice: steer clear and take it somewhere else. I have also had a service advisor bump my mirror on tire racks as they pulled in further in to the service area... to which I did not get an apology on site, but instead get a long winded phone call the following week.
