Review Parts were ordered and service scheduled pretty quickly. Service department staff super friendly. Repairs were made however delayed approximately 4 Parts were ordered and service scheduled pretty quickly. Service department staff super friendly. Repairs were made however delayed approximately 4 hours which was an inconvenience, but I worked with it. Vehicle steering wheel was BLACK with grease upon return. Small area where the color was scratched off on the dash. My vehicle is OLD, but the same amount of consideration should be shown. More

Alignment While on vacation had hit a massive pothole while going about 10 mph that blew out 2 tires. Purchased 4 new tires and continued with trip. Everything seemed fine, but for my own piece of mine wanted to have car checked out to be sure. Rob and mechanic thoroughly checked out car, informed and showed me issues that will need taken care of before next inspection 6 months away.. Great people, Great service department, can always depend on them to do excellent work and leave knowing that your reason for coming was taken care of. More

2019 Ranger purchase Midtown was the only local dealership that had a selection of the 2019 Rangers in stock, a truck we have been wanting to add to our fleet. Tyler Maed Midtown was the only local dealership that had a selection of the 2019 Rangers in stock, a truck we have been wanting to add to our fleet. Tyler Maeder was very informative about the vehicle and we were sold within minutes. We leased the new Ranger through the Ford Commercial Lease Program. There were a couple hiccups when pricing the new lease and Kevin Cobb, the sales manager, was on top of the situation the whole time and had it rectified quickly. We will definitely be using Midtown Motors for future purchases. More
