Service department is unethical. Needed to replace a running board on my 2018 Range Rover Sport. The service tech reported back that the cost to do so would be $10,000 because the Needed to replace a running board on my 2018 Range Rover Sport. He said the labor was minimal, but that the majority of the cost associated with this repair was the parts from Land Rover. Did research and found the deployable running board package (from Land Rover) was $928.00 (including tax and shipping). I purchased this vehicle for nearly $100k and would have expected better customer service. Now I have to spend my time doing this myself because they're clearly looking to rip people off. I wouldn't waste your time with this dealership. That includes purchasing a vehicle from them. More
They just ripped off my wife who went in to have brake pads done on her 2019 Land Rover Discover and that replaced rotors and drum and charged over $2500. Do not go near these people! I had a battery issue with my 2009 Jag XK. Spoke with Jaguar service and gave them all the car's data, including year. Hours later, I receive a voicemail from them informing me that they do not service Jags over 10 years old and to tow it out of there. Yikes! This dealership should be avoided at all cost. They should move to Iran or somewhere that replicates their attitudes towards their cars, I bought my car there NEW! BEWARE!!!!!!! More
I wish there was a rating less than 1 star. Without even inspecting my vehicle they tried to force me to buy services I did not need and my car was not due for. When I refused and explained to them that those services were already performed 10K miles ago, they then told me that if I didnt get what they were selling they would not reset my vehicles service indicator and it would keep flashing in my face! How petty! I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They tried to sell me brake fluid replacement, cabin air filter and engine air filter as well as an alignment. All without inspection. I was game for the alignment, but the filters were already changed 10K miles ago and maybe I would change them myself, they are air filters lol. My car is not old and it has low miles., 21K, Im drive5 K miles a year. The land rover manual says change the air filter every 64K miles or when its dirty. Its not dirty. The manual says 48K miles for break fluid change, I have 21K. The land rover websites I found state to change the air filters every 15K to 30K between filter changes. So to recap I wasted my morning going to their dealership, they wanted to charge me hundreds extra for stuff that wasnt due or needed and when I refused, the said they would perform the services I wanted, and take my money, but would not reset the service indicator.! They were holding me hostage. Ive never had this issue at Land Rover Fort Lauderdale. They have never tried to sell me services I did not need and they never refused to reset my service indicator. When I told the advisor that, he said "we are not Fort Lauderdale, auto nation" I recommend going to see them. So they wanted to charge me 300 plus of the oil change but not reset the service indicator. What a joke. over filters, seriously? Horrible way to do business More
Danny send me incorrect part. I returned it back for full refund but received check in the mail. Check was only for $72.21 and it was on different person name, not mine! I left multiple voicemails he never called me back, and when I reach him Danny disconnects the phone. Ridiculous! I will be disputing the transaction with my bank!! More
Be warned about their service department. They charge you triple the cost of anywhere else. It's a big scam. No loaner's. Nothing like any of the other luxury car brands. All Trust is Gone !!! I brought my 2019 F-Pace for the first yearly service to Warren Henry Jaguar on Friday July 10th 2020 thinking that my car would be in good hands. Aft I brought my 2019 F-Pace for the first yearly service to Warren Henry Jaguar on Friday July 10th 2020 thinking that my car would be in good hands. After picking up my car the next day, I decided to check the Jaguar app that was installed on my phone the day I bought the car and found out that my car was taken for a joyride when it was in possession of Warren Henry Jaguar Service Department. After contacting my service advisor, he said he would find out what happened and would get back to me. Few days later after receiving no response from him I kept pressuring them for an answer. The manager at the service department finally got back with me and told me that the service tech that worked on my car used my Jaguar F-Pace to go eat lunch, unbelievable !!! Even though he did apologize for the incident he kept repeating on 3 different occasions that they could have lied to me and said that the technician heard a noise underneath my car when he was test driving it and that is the reason why I can see those trips on my Jaguar app. Really? So I should be thankful that they are not lying and telling me the truth about what they did to my car??? I have lost all trust on Warren Henry Jaguar dealer in Miami, they have violated my trust and I will never be returning there ever again. The situation could have escalated to a lawsuit against me if the Warren Henry technician had gotten into a bad an accident or decided to do something illegal with my car. SHAME ON THEM !!!! I'm sure this is not the first or last time that they use their customers expensive cars for their own joyrides. Choose wisely when you thing about bringing your car there for service and If you do make sure you check on your app to see about your car's GPS trips when your car is in there possession. More
