What can I say. Craig welcomed me ,had paperwork ready and waiting when I arrived and kept me informed every step of the way. So I drive a BMW and after dropping my husband off to work an emergency message came on I needed oil and I needed it immediately….because it was so early in the morning no stores were open I stopped at a work an emergency message came on I needed oil and I needed it immediately….because it was so early in the morning no stores were open I stopped at a gas station and was able to get oil….however after purchasing it I was not able to get the cap off to put the oil in…. I kept driving and praying…. I looked to my left and noticed Mazda and their service Dept was open I pulled up and explained to the guy what was going on and asked him if he could get the cap off for me and I would do the rest…although he was busy he stopped what he was doing and proceeded to take the cap off he to had a difficult time getting it off but because he was so nice and kind he was determined he was going to get it off!!!! Craig Rotter eventually got the cap off and he took the time and showed me how to do it…. There is a method which I did not know and even though I don’t drive a Mazda he took the time to not only do it for me but to show me how to do it and I greatly appreciate it….My prayer is that God continually bless him and the business!!!!! My experience with Craig and Darrell and the service team was 5-star. From the ease of scheduling the appointment at a time convenient for me, to the fact that they had a loaner car available to me, to the was 5-star. From the ease of scheduling the appointment at a time convenient for me, to the fact that they had a loaner car available to me, to the professionalism and courtesy that was extended to me from the moment I walked in until I picked up my car later that SAME day with my issue being fully resolved.
