Excellent service for oil change I brought my 2012 Mazda 3 here for an oil and filter change. They took me right on time (I had a 9am appt.) and reminded me that my inspection was du I brought my 2012 Mazda 3 here for an oil and filter change. They took me right on time (I had a 9am appt.) and reminded me that my inspection was due that month and did I want to have it done right now. They completed the oil change and the inspection within an hour. They also told me upfront what the cost would be. I even had them change the battery in my remote car key. They are very nice and efficient and provide a very clean and pleasant waiting area. I already knew the sales division was top notch and I feel the same way about the service division. Would definitely come back again! More

To my surprise, the service (major, 15,000 mile) was finished on time, and at ex I had a 10:00 a.m. appointment, which I assumed was just an estimate. First visit to Wantagh Mazda Service I recently received a recall notice for my 2011 pre-owned certified Mazda 3. I was also due for my first oil change. Even when I placed the call to make the appointment, it was quick and efficient. I was there at 9AM on 9/23/15 and I was on my way well before 10AM! Barely had time to finish my coffee! If I were to suggest a change or two, it would be that you need a little larger waiting room (almost every seat was taken) and there is really no place to park your car prior to service, so I just blocked the driveway. Oh, one more thing, I just got an email with a coupon for 10% off my next oil change. Nice! However, it expires in November and my next oil change isn't until February 2016!! Hope you send me another one closer to that date! Thanks for the great service. More

I have never had a bad experience bringing my car in for any type of service. Just recently, I had to drop off one of my tires so they could perform a warranty replacement for me. They were able to replace my tire within hours of dropping it off and they were able to fit me in on the same day to put it back on the car! You can never go wrong with the level of service you receive from Wantagh Mazda's Service Department! They will take care of you and your car like you are their family.
