Been an extremely happy customer since 2016, same car. Craig has always been friendly and quick to help with any concerns I've had about my car. I met Darrell for the first time and he got me set up immediately after I walked in. I prefer to always come here, despite having many options closer to home. I've only trusted bringing my car in for maintenance at Wantagh. Never had a bad experience. They'll check if parts are still under warranty, even when I didn't ask. I've never been swindled for services that I don't need, unlike other shops. In fact, there have been times when I was advised that I didn't need work or that it can wait until a future visit. Who does that?! I really love the mechanic's video of what they've worked on, and the text messages letting me know immediately if there is an issue or when the car is ready - Even when I'm waiting in the office. I appreciate how they value customers and look forward to many more years of working with the service department for my maintenance (and the rare hiccup) of my Mazda6. More

I have been to the service department for both my cars 2023 and 2018 CX-5s and I Always get the best friendly service from Craig and Darrell every time I go. I had my car serviced at WANTAGH Mazda for an oil change and an inspection. While the mechanic was doing the inspection, he found some issues with my rear brakes. They send you a video so you can see the i and an inspection. While the mechanic was doing the inspection, he found some issues with my rear brakes. They send you a video so you can see the issue yourself. I was waiting for my car because I had a funeral mass to go to that morning. I knew I wouldn’t be able to get the work done and I would need to make another appointment. But, Craig Rotter offered me a loaner car and said they could absolutely get the work done for me. I’ve heard getting a loaner car at other dealerships was an issue, so I was thrilled to hear this news from Craig. He is an incredible service person and I have been very lucky to work with him on all my service appointments. When I came out of the funeral mass, there was a message on my phone that my car was ready. Thank you Craig and Wantagh Mazda! More
