Craig Rotter in sales makes you want to come back even if you don't need them. He is delightfully friendly and attentive. He went out of his way to check my name and learn it so that he could call me by na you don't need them. He is delightfully friendly and attentive. Over the years, and I have been going there for many years, service has never tried to sell me something or perform a service I did not need. Craig did volunteer some tips and improvements but there was no cost involved. Their work is excellent and quick, and they were respectful that I came from about 50 miles away. I arrived earlier than my appointment and Craig got me in early. Coffee was offered and accepted, a nice aside. They even let me hang out in the waiting room even though they hadn't officially opened. It's almost as if the dealer was expecting to be inspected that day, only they always acted the same way over the years. More
