Got a Mazda CX-3 2016 I bought it in 2019. Wantagh service crew updated my system for free cause I’m part of the Mazda crew even though I didn’t even buy my cx-3 with them. I had an emergency situation with the rear latch locking mechanism not working / responding to the key fob, or manually, so the hatch would not close. I could not be more satisfied and impressed with the service, quality of work, professionalism, and overall friendliness from Craig.
