Dropped in to Service today seeing that my remote key was not working for my 2017 Mazda3. I thought that I was going to be spending a couple of hundred $ on a new key since mine is 5 years old and I had jus not working for my 2017 Mazda3. I thought that I was going to be spending a couple of hundred $ on a new key since mine is 5 years old and I had just changed the battery. xxx't Service Manager Craig Rotter looked at my key, took it apart and changed the battery again. Of course, my "new" battery was dead, so he replaced it and also replaced the one in my duplicate that I brought along with me just in case. Both now should work perfectly for the next 5 years! Mr Rotter was very help, dealt immediately with my issue, and refused payment! My dad would have called him a gentleman and a scholar. Bought my car in Garden City ... but I think I'll be returning to Wantagh Mazda! Thank you so much, Craig! More

Always a pleasure doing business with Wantagh Mazda. I arrived quite early so that I could be the first customer since I had to go to work.
