Truly a Pleasant Experience! I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Wantagh Mazda! They are so different than any other car dealership. From the moment you walk in, you are I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Wantagh Mazda! They are so different than any other car dealership. From the moment you walk in, you are warmly greeted, offered coffee & donuts and given the chance to look around on your own. You are able to test drive, discuss and think everything over with no pressure. They are extremely courteous and upfront when going over the pricing, features etc. There is no back & forth, it is what it is, it doesn't go up and down a million times while you're sitting there. My sales person Marino (and the Managers there) were so helpful to make sure I was getting the car I truly wanted at a price I was comfortable with. When I went to pick up my car, Marino thoroughly went over all the features in the car and made sure I was comfortable to drive off the lot. They really look out for your best interests and will not play any games. They value your time and understand leasing/purchasing a car is a big decision. More

Easiest purchased ever! Car buying process with John was quick and easy and stress free. All the other dealers offer me a test drive which is very short around a few blocks. Car buying process with John was quick and easy and stress free. All the other dealers offer me a test drive which is very short around a few blocks. I was surprised that John can trust me with the vehicle that he let me test drive alone, but since I didn't know the area I insist he join me for the test drive. The route that John show me which I consider a real test drive instead of going around a few block because I was able to fully test the ability of the vehicle that I wanted. John was very professional in explaining every detail about my new purchased vehicle and went over basically all the functions that the car offered. He and Kenneth (the financial guy) didn't try to sell me products that I don't need which made it a stress free purchased. On the other hand, it may have been better if Mazda offer more room for negotiation. Overall this place is outstanding! More
