Great at times I think its in the best interest I don't fully share my last experience in full detail since most of the time they are great but this time was not up I think its in the best interest I don't fully share my last experience in full detail since most of the time they are great but this time was not up to there usual standards. Could have been just a bad day but this last visit really got under my skin with the way we where done. The staff was great and friendly but we was told one thing about a accessory that was installed on the truck but was not they way it was suppose to be installed from the explanation before the truck was took back after i told them multiple times I did not want anything installed on the paint. After having to remove the accessory. They didn't remove all the sticky residue and we was promised a detail that we waited 4.5 hours to get a simple set of lights on that took a hour to do and we had to make a extra trip back the next day to get that was a ridiculous job that a touch-less car wash could have done better that we had to wait for 2 hours to get that next day. Like i said could just been bad day or a number of things but it was not the great service as we have got before. Great sales department people friendly and service but not great at fully understanding the customers wants at times and laziness on the details to really make the customer happy. More
