I live in the Palm Springs area and decided to make the hour-plus drive to Riverside for service due to my dissatisfaction with the local Mercedes Benz dealership. I was early for my pre-scheduled appointment, but I had a very short wait before I was greeted by my assigned Service Representative, David Greene. He was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Mr. Greene satisfactorily answered all of my service-related questions. Somehow, Mr. Greene managed to get me in and out in less than the quoted time. I was on my way home after less than two hours. I will definitely be going back to Walter's Mercedes Benz for future service needs and I will be requesting David Greene for my service Rep! More

Jackie is the best I didn't even come in to buy a car and this wonderful salesperson started talking to me about my older car. I just fell in love with her. Always good at Walter's I take my SLK350 to Walter's for all service. Mark Espinoza is my service advisor and always handles the process expeditiously and professionally.
