On June 21st, 2012 I walked into Walter's ready to pick up my 2012 C63 AMG. Prior to coming in I had been worked with Charbel (Charlie) Saikali on ordering my car. He went above and beyond the call of serv up my 2012 C63 AMG. Prior to coming in I had been worked with Charbel (Charlie) Saikali on ordering my car. He went above and beyond the call of service, haggling for me the best price he can get (a price I was extremely satisfied with) and getting me a sedan in an extremely rare color combo. Upon walking into the dealership my baby was sitting at the front of the showroom all washed up and ready for me to take her home. When it came time to sign the papers, absolutely everything was what we had discussed over the phone. There were 0 surprises and I was pleased to be able to walk in, sign, and drive off all in about an hours time. Since then, I have gone back for service of the limited slip differential at 2000 miles. I had made an appointment and upon my arrival the service staff were ready to take my car and all of them were all over the car telling me how nice it was. They finished the service in about two hours and even changed out a couple of sidemarkers I had brought in. During this time any and all questions I had were answered informatively by Mario the service manager. I cannot stress how much I have enjoyed my time at this dealership and despite the fact that I can take my car to ANY MB dealer for service, and that I have two dealerships that are closer to me but quite a bit, I will continue going to Walter's for the excellent level of attention and service that I receive hear. More
I have never had such an awesome experience of being a car as I did Tuesday at Walter’s Mercedes Benz. My wonderful awesome experience began as I walked thru the door and was greeted by Dee with a smile car as I did Tuesday at Walter’s Mercedes Benz. I was then greeted by Vincent (great smile) and told him I saw a car last week but I no longer see it. He searched his inventory records and the car was gone a 2007 CLK. I was a little disappointed, but the disappointment did not last long. Vincent showed me the available in the price range I was looking for and boy was I surprised at the selection I had to choose from and the choices were newer than 2007. I selected a car, we, my husband & I took the car for a test drive, we came back and we all went inside to do the paper work. Approved! All of this took about 90 minutes. The process went so fast I told Vincent we needed to go home and discuss. We discussed. The next day we went to pick up my new 2010 C300 white/almond mocha (like saying that) interior. This is where it gets awesome. I was greeted by Vincent, who had already taken care of getting the car fully detailed. We talked with him all of 15 minutes, and then we went to see the finance guy. This is where it usually gets ugly! NOT in this case, Julio was amazing the entire process would have taken less than an hour but when the atmosphere allows you to feel so comfortable and you’re a talker it tends to take a little longer. In the contract there no hidden fees, no surprise tactics, like you need to come up with more money or your payment is not what you were told it would be unless you decided to add features and or benefits. If you don’t believe me I dare you to go to Walters Mercedes Benz in Riverside and ask for Vincent and Julio. Thank you all so much for the best car buying experience I have ever had. After driving a Mercedes for over 14 years and much prayer, I went to Walters Mercedes-Benz to consider purchasing another car. I was greeted so warmely by Juan Carlos Rasilla who was also professiona prayer, I went to Walters Mercedes-Benz to consider purchasing another car. I was greeted so warmely by Juan Carlos Rasilla who was also professional in his demeanor as well as his look. He demonstrated so much knowledlge about the E-350 I was interested in purchasing. During the test ride, Juan Carlos was businesslike, courtesous, and answered questions promptly without exhibiting impatience. He made sure I was confortable at all times. Upon the return back to the dealership, the professionalisum continued when I was introduced to Julio Guerrero (finance manager). Julio was also warm and kind; he answered all of my questions to satisfaction. I left there driving my 2009, E-350 Mercedes-Benz - feeling so much joy and thanking God for the blessing! I would recommend Walters Mercedes-Benz Dealership to anyone, the experience was very positive. They treat you like family members not strangers. More
I always thought buying a new car closely related to having a tooth pulled. I recently bought a new E350 at Walters MBZ and the experience was thoroughly enjoyable. After 18 years of a solid career, like many Americans in this economic crisis, I had an unexpected set back in life where I lost my job for 6 months, which ultimately negatively affected my credit. Things have begun to turn around for me, and now needed to get a "nice" car for my line of work. I just started my new job, and didn't really know if I would even qualify for financing --- but thought I'd take a chance. I really wanted to get an MB and researched online on the best dealerships and was drawn to Walter's on their advertised promise they would really make the effort to work with you. I emailed them weeks in advance and was upfront about my situation. They invited me to come in when I was ready and promised they would do the best they could for me. I came in for the Memorial Day Weekend sale. Not only did I get a great deal on a "Pre-owned Certified" C300, with only 15,000 miles and in excellent mint condition, they looked passed my credit score and gave all considerations to approve me for 1.99% financing! Vincent, I can't thank you enough for the extra effort you put into this, and kindness you showed to make this sale go thru. What a great way to start my "new beginnings" all smiles from this end!!! We were on a trip to Palm Springs for a wedding when a red light came on in our 2012 CLS 550. We had a tire that wouldn't hold air and a gas station sent us down to Walter's Mercedes in Riverside. We were greeted immediately and our service advisor was Sarina Novin-Kashani. She immediately started calling around to see where she could get a replacement tire. Walter's didn't have the tire, and didn't have one on their lot so the calling began. She was amazing and she was also concerned that we get to the Palm Springs wedding. Another dealer didn't have the tire but called an independent tire store and they had one in stock. This store was in Irvine, California - quite a ways from Riverside. Sarina offered us a free loaner car (we would have gladly paid) and sent us on our way. Then an employee from Walter's drove to Irvine to pick up the tire. We have tire and rim insurance but Sarina wasn't sure if we could get the tire under the insurance as the store was not connected with MBZ. This was not a problem for us. The arrangements were that we could pick up the car on Sunday on our way home. Sarina called Saturday and told me the car was ready and the tire was covered under the warranty. When we went to pick up our car it had been totally detailed. She took hours to find this tire and fix our car. Now to the most important thing for the reader to understand -WE HAD NEVER BEEN TO WALTER'S MERCEDES.WE WERE COMING INTO THIS NEW DEALERSHIP TRYING TO REPLACE A HARD TO FIND TIRE - and our lovely service advisor Sarina Novin-Kashani treated us like we were their best and most important customers! I was absolutely amazed. I felt like I had walked into their dealership and won the lottery. and this is how their entire operation is run. Kindness and efficiency to anyone who walks through their doors. We arrived to our wedding on time and I have to say that I still have that wonderful feeling about Walter's Mercedes. We live far away, but we will certainly come to Riverside to buy our next car and will continue to tell our friends about our experience. Jan G. More

I was really apprehensive about buying a new car but Mr. Ri months ago and I must say it was the best car buying experience I have ever encountered. I was really apprehensive about buying a new car but Mr. Rick Akigbe, our salesman, made it extremely pleasant. The whole looking for the right car, test driving the car, and the financial aspect was done in as little as 2 hours top. It felt like I was in and out. Every chance I get I tell everyone how amazing the experience was and I will continue to purchase my vechiles there. Everyone made me feel at home and comfortable. Rick was so gracious and wonderful to work with. If every car salesman was like Rick then everyone would drive away in a new car. Rick took his time to show me how everything worked inside the car and was very patient as I asked my many questions. I will recommend Walter's Mercedes-Benz to anyone any time and any day.
