I worked with Vincent and his great assistants, December and Ana who worked with me to make it happen quickly. I live in the Bay Area and Walter's MB is in Riverside (Southern CA) -but with the great deal Vincent gave me and it being the only one in all of CA - it was a no brainer to fly down and drive it back. Vincent patiently waited for me at the airport(my flight was delayed an hour due to having to switch planes - long story). During our short drive to the dealership, we talked about all things Mercedes. It was obvious from the get-go that this guy knew his stuff without an ounce of being overly "salesy". He's a good looking, smart, down-to-earth guy with excellent communication skills and a low pressure style - what more does one need when purchasing their MB? I was pre-qualified beforehand and had a great loan rate - but the icing on the cake was that Vincent was able to find me a 3/4% lower rate!(yes, I have a great credit score which didn't hurt). After a couple very cool "thank you" gifts from Vincent and quick overview of the "bells and whistles" - I was off....and enjoyed one the most luxurious road trips I've ever taken up I-5! Thanks again Vincent!! I hope this encourages anyone out there to come see you asap - they'd be crazy not to! More

Before we initially contacted Walter’s Mercedes, we were planning on seeing if we could have the car we wanted transferred to a Mercedes dealership near where we live in south Orange County. From our initial contact over the phone, he was very helpful, straightforward and professional, and spent about an hour with us over the phone even after closing hours. In order to accommodate my work schedule, he worked extremely hard to have us in and out of the dealership in as little time as possible. In addition to the best customer service we have ever received, the price we got from Walter’s was exceptional. I would encourage anyone in the market for a Mercedes Benz to visit Walter’s, and to ask to deal with Charlie Saikali- you will get top of the line service, and they will most likely beat any other dealer’s price. I have a Sprinter van I use for my business. Recently I had it serviced at Walters when I arrived to pick it up the mechanics had mistakenly left some the plastic trim detached from the van where they were had it serviced at Walters when I arrived to pick it up the mechanics had mistakenly left some the plastic trim detached from the van where they were working on an electrical issue. I was very upset because I had a tight schedule and needed to go. I complained to the manager, Chris, he immediately had the problem fixed and assigned Tyler as my service representative. Because of the inconvenience Chris provided me with several free services that the van was due for as well as a " loaner" vehicle for me to use in the mean time. Tyler coordinated the service and was very responsive to my needs and schedule. Although I had somewhat of a negative experience Chris and Tyler totally restored my faith in the service department. They never once had a bad attitude when I complained about the problem. They stayed positive and worked on a solution rather than making excuses. I own a service related business and this type of attitude is exactly what I expect from my employees. Walter is fortunate to have such great people working in the service department. More
