When I arrived at the dealership, everything was handled smoothly and without any changes—something I had never experienced before. In the past, I was always met with different prices or tricks once I arrived, but this time was completely different. There was one issue: the vehicle I wanted was missing a feature. I was very confused, but Lopez quickly offered a remote solution, and everything was resolved successfully.
